Well I went back to the doctor on Friday. All the babies are growing and doing well. They weight 2.0,2.1,2.2,and 1.15. They are all measuring ahead of schedule still. I am feeling well for the most part, except my back is really bothering me this weekend. I am not sure what I have done, but pretty sure it is from picking up Duncan. I am tiring really hard not to pick him up, but sometimes I just have too. When we seen the doctor on Friday, he states there is no reason to push me past 32 weeks since I am doing so well, so most likely the babies will be here on 11-19-10, just a few weeks away. I am still working 4 hour days at work and they told me as soon as I can't do it I need to let them know so I can get a note for work. Hopefully I will be able to keep working for a few more weeks, we will see. I am thinking maybe I will have to cut to 2, 4 hour shifts a week.

Duncan is doing well, he is still growing every day and makes us laugh hard daily at something he does. He knows I don't feel well and he can get away with pretty much anything so he is taking full advantage of that! He has decided he needs his Dad to lay with him at night time so he can go to sleep. He tires to get Mom in there, but I just can't lay on his bed at this point. Today he decided he needed to shower with Mom, so he did and when his Dad came and got him to get him dressed he got away and came back to the shower, and hopped right back in. I can't really stop him at this point because I can't bend over. So his Dad came and got him back out and ready for bed! I am pretty sure that Duncan knows there is alot of change coming too, I hope and pray he does well with all of the change that is coming our way.

Some days, like today I am unsure how I will make it through the next 6 weeks, it is getting harder to do things every day. I am pretty sure Tracy and I are both feeling over whelmed. I know I am, what is coming, what I can't do anymore ( less and less every day). I am very thankful for Tracy and keeping the house up, and taking care of Duncan. Also we are very thankful for the Hawkins for all they are doing to help out and also Mom for all she does! We sure couldn't do it without every one's help, so Thanks a bunch!

Well that is all for now, I am going to bed and try and sleep. Sleeping is also getting more difficult, I have lots of trouble getting comfy!!

We have not been up to much lately, the usual.. I rest when I am not at home.

I went to the doctor today, all the babies are doing good. They will be here the week of Thanksgiving, man time sure has went fast! I now have to go to the doctor every week. They will do the babies measurements every 3 weeks, and just check the heart rates on the other weeks. I feel very lucky to still be working at 25 weeks, with no problems. I am only working 4 hours a day now and then I come home and rest for a few hours. I can spend some time with Duncan and Tracy this way, it works well so far. When I decide I can't do 4 hours anymore all I have to do is call and the doctor will give me a note for what I think I can do.

Duncan is growing still every day. He is talking more and more, really he is never quiet!! I am not really sure what he will think when we bring all of the babies home, guess we will just have to see. He is in to listening to music lately. He likes to listen to his kids bop, and loves to dance to it too, he drags Mom and Dad in his room to dance with him. Really quite a sight!! Poor guy has no chance watching his Mom and Dad dance!

I had to take Tracy to the ER last week for chest pain and shortness of breath. They kept him over night and did a stress test. The stress test showed no damage to his heart, but his heart is not pumping as much as it should. He had an echo this week and will see the cardiologist next week. We will have to see what they say, I think he will most likely get some medicine to help his heart and that should take care of things, I hope!

Aunt Joni was home for her class reunion this last week and stopped by to say hi. We had a nice visit, not as long as we would of liked, but her, Abby and Duncan had to go have lunch with Hannah. Everyone from the Weir side will be back at Christmas, I can't wait to see everyone and get to visit!!

September 11, 2010

Not alot has been going on recently.. I have been resting alot, only working 6 hours a day for last week and I am going to ask for a note for 4 hours a day next week because I am so tired. Other than tired, I am feeling good still. :) We found out a few weeks ago that we are having 3 boys and 1 girl!! How exciting, I am glad we are getting one girl. The babies are doing good also. I just have to hang in there for a couple more months which I can do, I think!

Well in August we managed to go to the fair for a few hours. We took the bus from SEP. Duncan loved it! Every time we drove by the school, he always reminded us that he rode the bus! He is a very funny little boy. He is growing more and more everyday. I can't believe how much he is talking. He takes after his Taylor, never shuts up!! Oh well, at least we know he can talk. He loves to play outside even more these days. We got a swing set and it has rocks on the bottom of it so he plays with his trucks down there. He will play there for hours.

Today he helped his Dad clean out/ rearrange the garage so we can park the van in there! I have never gotten to park in the garage because all of Tracy's tools are in there, but the other day I asked him if he could rearrange it so the van will fit because if it snows, I can't clean off the van and after all the babies are here I STILL won't be able to clean it off! Well it worked, he did it for me, or maybe the kids!!

I didn't realize it had been so long since I blogged. Not much going on around here. I have been back to the doctor one time. We are having 2 boys and 2 girls! Very exciting, we are still getting ready although I think we have all of the big stuff lined up. Bouncy seats, and swings, and cribs. I am hoping everything else falls into place. I am sure it will. I have been having trouble with my hip hurting, I don't think that is going away until after the babies are here.

We had water in our basement when the electricity went out a few weeks ago, what a mess. Nothing hurt, thank goodness the washer and dryer had already been moved upstairs. Lots of rain so far this summer, I really feel sorry for all of our friends who are having water in their basements.

Duncan is getting so big and talking lots and lots. He loves to rock before bed. That is one of his new words, rock and also he loves to say what??? It is just amazing to me the words he says and he knows what they mean. Duncan went to play with Stone the other day so Tracy and I could go look for a van. I think he really must of listened to Stone because that is when I really noticed him saying more words! Stone sure is a talker!

Well we have sold the camper and the truck! We are now debt free besides the house of course. It is such an awesome feeling to not have a car payment or a camper payment. It is amazing to me how much stress is NOT there just knowing we will be fine when I can't or don't go back to work after the babies are born, or if something would happen to one of our jobs. We got a Pontiac Montana, I love this van. It can seat 8 people, when we get another seat. It was a very good feeling to go and pay cash and not have to fill out all of that dump paperwork, and it is OURS!

We have been thinking of names for the babies, it has not gotten very far! I am sure by the time they arrive we will have names, hopefully.

Enjoy the pictures!

Duncan really liked the Farris wheel, I thought he may be a little afraid, but he just sat as they went round and round.

He rode the train a zillion times

Thanks goodness for the DVD player we borrowed for the trip to Branson, I had no idea it would take us 8 hours to get there.. Duncan only slept about 1 1/2 hours each way, he is such a burger.

July 18, 2010

It's been awhile since I have really blogged!!

We went to Branson over the 4th of July, it was a short, but fun trip. It would of been much more fun if I hadn't of had sinus infection. Duncan had fun at the park we went to, it was like adventureland, but only had 5 or 6 rides and he could ride them all! On Sat we had to go to a resort to see if we wanted to buy into it or not.( This is why we went, I got a cheap price to go!!) It was suppose to take 90 minutes and we were there for almost 3 hours! Oh well, Duncan had fun playing with the other kids! On Saturday afternoon Tracy and Duncan went swimming in the pool while I napped! These babies are sucking the life out of me! We came home early Sunday morning.

Tracy go the washer and dryer upstairs and all hooked up, I love having it upstairs! He also put the dishwasher in. Everything in this house seems to take alot more time than it should! I also love the dishwasher. I didn't think we needed one until I realized how MANY bottles we will go through everyday. I am glad we got it.
I think the house is ready for the babies, we just need to get the cribs up, but pretty much that's it!! Thanks so much to The Hawkins Family, and Mom for coming down and "helping out", well doing most of it while I watch because I get tired out so easy!! If it weren't for Abby it would of never gotten done this early!

Duncan is turning into such a big boy!! He is talking in 2 and 3 word sentences and he KNOWS what he wants and lets you know! He got his hair buzzed off this week also, which makes him look even bigger. We went for ice cream last weekend and he ate a whole baby cone, cone and all, that was a first, usually he just sucks the ice cream right out of the cone and leaves the cone a total mess.

Last night a big thunderstorm came through and the electricity went out. Since the electricity went out the sub pump did not work and the basement flooded. Some of the tubs of decorations fell over and got wet, the furnace and hot water heater and the freezer all got wet also. Thank goodness Tracy was able to get it fixed so we didn't have to replace everything. As of now all is well, hopefully it stays that way. Rodney and Hannah came over and helped haul stuff out of the basement so it could dry. Thanks a bunch!!

Well that is all that has been going on recently, I have to go to the doctor this week so I will post more about the babies after that. Pictures to come soon.

ultrasound pictures

Well here are my latest ultrasound pictures! I went to the doctor on June 25, everything is going well. Babies are growing and measuring just where they should be. The Doctor told me they would deliver me around 32 weeks, if I make it that long. (I will!!). I will most likely be on bed rest for awhile, but hopefully that will be at home and not in the hospital..

We are all doing well, Duncan is growing and changing everyday! He has really started to talk alot more. He still loves to be outside, just running and playing.
